Does anyone think that getting a virtual badge is the same as getting a useful answer?
This is the kind of thing that makes these "community" forums silly. Better to just be able to talk to the factory for a real answer.
I did get some advice from an HP guy...DVortex supposedly anyway...but it did not do much good because it's all things I'd already tried without success.
I have asked said HP guy to point me at the factory and get me someone alive who speaks English that can help me.
Is that too much to ask for since I spent over $1000 on this computer...from HP...less than a year ago? Paticularly when you consider that it goes in company with ah HP all-in-one 23" and a couple of new HP printer all-in-ones.
It's also interesting that HP disavows any of the answers given or solutions recommended, even by HP people.
