Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

I checked my bank account tonight and there is a charge of $376.67. It's from Quick Connect Solutions. I have never heard of them. I did have a connection problem yesterday but I only talked to Hp. Has anyone heard of this company. BBB wouldn't rate them so there's something definitely wrong. Could anyone answer me on my email please. [Personal Information Removed] Thank you

As for scammers in the community:

Be alert for scammers who may be posing as HP support representatives, particularly those who claim to be “HP Helpdesk”.

Only call numbers from people who have a HP badge on their profile page.

If you think you have received a fake HP Support message, please report it to us by clicking on the blue "Report Inappropriate Content" button above the message in the Private Message portion of the Community.
