I Paid for my laptop on Mid of Feb, Yes Mid of Feb.

But I still waiting for the exact shipment date or ETA from HP.

 

The Original ETA is 4 - 8 weeks after i paid for the Orders, That's mean in theory I can get my Laptop before End of April

However, sales rep inform me that my Laptop cannot be shipped before End of Aug during April

 

My question is:

HP update me my Laptop are dropped in Production during Mid of May, that's  why I cannot change my Order but hp also cannot provide me the ETA even now.

What Can I do now, as I have sent lot of email to ask for update with no reply from hp
