Error Creating Case

HP Recommended

I have been trying to create a support ticket for a machine that is under warranty, but when I try to do it, I receive the following message: 
Please validate the Organization Account for your Site Account by contacting HP or refer to the Help page.

I saw on previous forums that an HP representative would get into contact through a private message here to validate the account.
