Escalation Matrix for desktop support

Hi All,

My brand new all in one desktop is not working more than a month. There are multiple case has been raised( [Personal Information Removed])raised, also raised the concern to [Personal Information Removed], but no response. It has been enormous time I have spent with tech support finally it is with service center and they are not even bother to pick phone neither respond.


Pls provide me HP escalation matrix immediately, such a poor service from company like HP is not all acceptable
