Operating System: Chrome OS

I had so much problem with my HP Laserjet Printer and I cannot print.  So I decided to contact Tech Support and I was assisted by Ruby.  She was great in helping me upgraded my firmware through different steps I couldn't have figure out for myself.  Finally, upgraded was completed and I was able to print again.  Thank you HP for hiring such a patience and knowledgeable person.  Keep up with the good work.
