Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

On 4/18/20 I ordered ink for my HP printer (I had not used the site for a number of years), but the welcome message and the ensuing emails showed an old name, not my current name. From 4/18/20 through 6/6/20, I made several contacts with HP. I basically got referred from one office to the next, or was told that my problem had been forwarded to another department that would get back to me, which did not happen.  I note that I did not have this problem with other vendors.  They either allowed a way to change one’s name online or did this for you.

 

I want an immediate change to my name or the account deleted.

I have not used or was aware of the HP Instant Ink Program.  I have been ordering as needed.
