Request to HP to provide necessary support for L7580 all in one printer

I bought L7580 in later part of 2007. There were problems with installation and somebody from HP could manage to install it during mid 2008. In later part of 2009 my printer crashed as it started working erratically. I contacted my supplier (HP authorised Dealer) and he took it to HP service center where it was detected that the logic card has failed and it is non repairable. Can anybody from HP or otherwise help / guide me what I should do? HP has categorically said that I should throw away this dead instrument worth Rs.20,000/-.


This is serious. We cannot throw away anything of this value.
