I need to register a purchassed lapop for a care pak. I have the seriel number and purchase info but I cant findany way of checking my status online nor registering it. the vvirtual chat was no help only gave information what is neededm, no link or phone number.

I gave HP some feedback on my concerns, maybe support or someone could point me in right direction;;

here's my feedback to HP on this, 

 

a couple issues. first, the call number for care pack wasn't reachable. I waited on hold two hours last night, then called back today and currently on hold an hour. All I wanted to do was check the registration of a purchased care pack and get it registered if need be. However, virtual chat is no good and no one can be contacted by phone either. I am afraid that if i actually had a care pack issue or claim, it would not happen, So I see it as a waste of money, I paid almost a third of the price of my computer for 3 year care pack and just verifying registration or registering it if needed; and no service at all from HP, not even an automated page. I am so sorry I bought this HP and useless carepack! PS - still holding...

Select Region (top right) > Enter your product number in the form to view available Warranty plans for your device
