I understand your concern about the start date of the purchase. I'd like to help!

 

Where was the printer purchased? Was it at a local store or is it directly from the HP website?


If purchased from a local store, the purchase date would be different from the manufacturer. If you are looking for further assistance on this and want to correct it then, will need some additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
