Hallo. I live in Russia. In November, 2008 I had bought a notebook, HP pavillion dv5 1178. it has the problems with monitor and charger. I had appeal to HP Service Russia, but it is impossible to work with your Russian colleagues. I want to leave it to the warranty repairing. According the low of our country, they should give me equivalent substitute, the notebook for using on the whole term of repairing. Since September, 2009 I phoning them, sending my check and warranty many times, but they are ignoring me and my requests, saying, that does not receive from me anything at all, does not calling back to me etc. My notebook is still breakdown now and I don't know what to do. Hoping You, the main representation HP, can solve my problem.
