Example: Spectre 360 2 in 1 ( confused about all variations)

Hi I am wanting to make the switch from my Mac book air to get a hp 360 laptop. After seeing reviews I am wanting to get the spectre 360 (looked at the elite book but was a bit confused about the difference). I am a university student who wants a laptop that will be good value for money and will last me quite a substantial amount of time (so I need it be able to use this for business side of things to). At the end of the spectre models it has numbers like :

aw0086tu Ect and I don’t know what the difference is with these and what they mean. Someone please explain the difference and suggest a model for me ? Much appreciated
