HI,

 

 

 

           I have purchased a HP Diskjet Printer 2515 (Sr.no. CN3783JGBY)  on 28 Oct 2013.

Along with this purchase I was offered a redemption voucher of Rs. 1000/-.
The code no of redemption is 6805623.
Earlier at the time of purchase a titan voucher was offered which customer care turned into redemption voucher since titan voucher was not available.They advised to avail the offer of cartridge when our cartridge is finished.Now i would like to get the cartridge of HP (black678) through this offer. 
On contacting  I was informed that my offer has been rejected as i have not provided the scanned bill document.I am very disappointed by the service of HP as how do I know what kind of document i have to  give.It is very obvious that anybody seeking discount or offer will surely provide the details if asked.HP should compensate for this negligence.It is lack of service at your end.
 
Kindly do the needful asap.I was calling customer care from last 03 days,they are only suggesting to mail here and there.

 WE WERE ALREADY OFFERED HP CARTRIDGE OF 1000-/RS, AS THE TITAN VOUCHER ENDED UP SO WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN USE OF SENDING DOCUMENTS. WE WERE TOLD TO GET INK.
 
IF  AT THAT TIME IF THEY INFORMED US THAT WE HAVE TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS EVEN FOR INK THAN WE MIGHT HAVE SUBMITTED IT  IT.
 
ATLEAST GIVE US MINIMUM  REDEMPTION OF 500-/RS
