Subject line:
•Customers handle
•Subject line of the original thread
•Ex: Hugo1: Re: Officejet Pro 8500 problems with scanning
Body of email:
•Copy the thread URL
•Copy the body of the thread
Post in the original public board that we escalated the thread
•“I saw your post and forwarded it to the right people a for their review. You should hear back from someone shortly via private message on this Forum.”
