Shoot them an email. Can't hurt anything.

But I couldn't see nearly as many support options compared to HP.

Hello,

I am really not aware of anything that I wrote would be reveiling too much. At least, it was not my intention. I apologize and thank you for removing such parts of my posts. Honestly , I can't remember what it was. Thank you anyway!

Sincerely,

Hello,

I know I already replied to this message and I will repeat that it was never my intention to disclose any private info. As for my infy, it say in forum rules  not to write anything that "you wouldn't want on the billboard". I really don't care as I have nothing to hide. But when I replied to your message, I wanted you to know that I will comply with the forum rules (after all, I have been on forums since their birth).

What I really don't recall, is, what could I have possible write that would be "reveiling"? I didn't mention anybody personally. So, if you can remind me, I would really appreciate to know what is it that I should avoid. If you mean anythin HP, that's no person and as such, I can express any opinion if it's correct manner.

As I type this, I am already collecting everytinhg that I might need for class action. This affected a lot of people and  I don't want to see Big Guys push us around for decades. I know that I will be granted GTG with class action. I know HP has good lawyers...but sometimes it is so messy that it's all the same.
