Request from expert: "PLease escalate this case for the special warranty program regarding black not working on fixed printhead devices."

Please help. Just replaced all the ink with new cartridges. Like everyone else my black ink won't print. Printer is a little over a year old, not use much, worked fine before this, and out of warranty. I tried EVERYTHING I read in all forums. Nothing worked.
