my earphones which were given was for my hp salte 7 voice tab are not working now and datacable is working fault if keep using data cable it is not able charge.........................

I visited your customer service he is not responding towards my complaint. whenn i visited him he has taken my tab for software upgarding till now he not yet given i had given him on 5/06/2015 till today he had not given .If I call he say that he will give tommorrow..                   hp customer care service very worst............if Your genine call your customer tell him to give my tab soon
