Sorry to bother you again.

 

To say that I am angry would be an understatement. I have an expensive printer (believe me it was expensive where I live - you can guess where) that is all but useless.

 

I cannot believe that in the might of HP there is not one technical person who can shed light on the problem. Are you in a position to be able to stir them up? There is no other point of contact for me except you.

 

Microsoft say it is an HP problem.
