Product Name: Envy 15t K2T39AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

A week ago I'd just received my HP Envy 15t Touch laptop, and someone from my family gave me a Sata3 Samsung 850 EVO ssd.

I undestand that if I were to open up my laptop would void the warranty, is there any way I can get this installed without having to ship it out? I've tried calling 3 people from the "HP Certified" companies, but that directory is so ridiculously out of the date that none of the numbers worked.

Also I noticed that this laptop is uni-body-ish. Does that make it more difficult?

I also got the illuminated keyboard, and a lot of the keys sporadically don't work unless I press extra hard. Is there a way to raise the sensitivity on this thing?
