Hi

I have a Z3200 44" and it has the error code 02.1:10.

The error code started after i solved a different issue which was to replace the service station to the right of the printer. Once replaced, the printer was working the best it has ever.

However, after a few prints, i am getting this error code. I have replaced the trailing cable but to no avail. Not sure where to go next as research has pointed to a pretty hefty cost in replacing the entire carriage assembly and related components.

My question is why would the printer work perfectly after replacing the service station only to break down again? Should i persist? and is there a work around so to speak or anything else i should be looking out for before deciding wether or not to persist?

Hope you're all well and not too frustrated like myself at this present time.

Regards

John

According to service documentation, replacing the entire carriage is not the next step. Replacing the carriage PCA is the next step and I have had issues with them in the past. I understand the frustration, what should have been an easy repair turns into a escalating series of failures.
