Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Designjet 60" with a 79-04 error code on startup and on various test that does not allow the printer to operate. I have spoken with HP support several times to no avail and decided to engage this community as I believe you all may be able to help me.

I am the 2nd owner of this printer and am determined to get it working. So far I am able to get to the diagnostic menu and run test however any test that checks anything on the Sausalito card errors out (79-04). Furthermore I was directed by HP to replace the card which did not change the outcome. Literally no change whatsoever....just a few dollars less in my account. I should also mention, there was an additional HDD (I believe its a replacement or the previous owner was going to attempt a clean install of the firmware but I am unable to confirm). Lastly, when I perform a EEROM reset I get the error again and the option to perform any type of format/disk wipe does not show as an option in the diag submenu. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
