Hello,

 We have a DesignJet z6100ps 60". Both LM halves of the LM/LC printheads stopped working at the same time. We assumed it was an ink problem. Got a new LM cart in and now it will print Light Magenta for about an inch or two then stops. After that, if I print the diagnostic print there is no LM printed. If I clean the LM/LC printheads the LM is back, but will still only print an inch or 2 then stop again. Does anyone have any advice or know what the problem might be?

sounds like the printhead is not refilling itself...maybe air in the ink tubes..
