Product: HP Designjet 800
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a print head error on the yellow print head.  I purchased a new HP print head from Staples and got the same message.  I sent it back to Staples and got another new one.  Same error message.  Cannot get past the error message.
