Printer errors

deskjet 3050 a j611 series
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am currently using a hp deskjet 3050a j611 series printer, it is my third hp printer and the third to give me error messages for issues that dont exist, all the errors only start when I refil my ink cartridges, I recently refilled my ink cartridges and at first apart from the ink levels not showing everything was fine and now I am getting an error message saing that the cartridges arent genuine hp cartridges even though they definitely are, this error is not only preventing me from printing but it is also preventing me from cleaning the printer, I am hoping to get some troubleshooting steps to rectify this as I have no intention of having the printer repaired as it would be cheaper to buy a new one which wont be a hp.

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any. 
You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

Response times may vary by region. 
Please send a Private Message, if you aren’t contacted within 4-5 business days.
