Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, We have a T2500 plotter in the office. One of our guys sent me a pdf that is 33.11" x 157.48". 

 

Why is there a max length of 125.98" when the paper roll is 50m long?

Guesses...

 

I would guess that the paper roll is manufactured to one set of standards that make sense for the physical capacity of the printer to accept the roll at a particular size, paper type, and weight.

 

That length / size of a roll of paper would exceed the "one job" capacity of the printer software is likely expected.

 

What?

 

The job submission is likely limited by the software / memory capacity in the printer.

 

Job size might be linked in the job submission software on a computer - what the software can handle, the size of the data, how that data is transferred to the printer.
