Product: HP DesignJet Z6 24-in PostScript Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Z6 DesignJet Error 0021-0001-0080

Stuck in a constant loop of 4 steps. I am on step 6 of 4 (no kidding). Seems to be a printhead issue but cannot find any support for this error online. 

 

Possible sensor is dirty.

This error indicates that they system has detected debris on the Drop Detect Sensor which is mounted on the service station and you may need to clean it

HP does not distribute manuals to end users. Check around on internet you might find it for download somewhere.
