my printer wasnt printing at all. So i cleaned the screens on the printer cartridge and now will not move .  help need to print documents

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I assume you are referring to the print carriage. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue.

 

Also check for any paper jams inside the printer as mentioned in this document.
