designjet Z3200

I have 3 Z3100, Z3200 service stations with error code  21:13...

New one very expensive & way over $350 & hard to afford.

anyone has idea or schematic for how to disassemble & clean it ...  I suspect the inks inside the service station ,

like glue & cause the problem...

I did opened 1 before . after washing it, also all sponges  ,  then could not resembled it

your kind advise is greatly appreciated.

not an easy task, but will try .

anyway I already bought a brand new on Ebay & coming from China.
05/20     lucky day, just bought another brand new service station on Ebay. great price, ship from MA,.

So I will  have 2 brand new for spares & should be fine for a while,  hehe ....

Check Youtube you might find someone but as for HP, this is not considered a serviceable part due to the real danger of waste water contamination from washing all the ink down a sink drain while trying to clean.
