Innteresting, did anything change before you got this error.
A Hard Reset can erase the error maybe.
Keep pressing 15 second Power button until you see the Support Menu, go to option number 3 "Resets" and select the option 3.3 Hard Reset (The pin number is 3746 I think)
btw, is there no typo in the error. Googling just the error brings 0 results.

You need to replace Designjet T520 Encrypted cchip .
This is why You have a blue screen error
Use this one . Its inside the plotter in USB slot
