HP Recommended

I am looking for the provisioning template for a Polycom VVX 350 factory rest from RC to new ZOOM.

Needs:
Not to have to press SEND for phone dialing 
Not to have to press SEND for extension dialing 
VM button to go directly to *86 
Transfer Button to act as a Transfer button
