Can´t control HDMI IN (volume, brightness, etc)

Hello there, I have an hp pavilion all in one 24-r014, when I connect my Ps4 into de HDMI Input everything is correct, I can hear the game, and obviously I can watch the image, the problem is that once i noticed that hitting enter button on the keyboard an option menu showed up were I can control image, brightness, etc. But now I can not use the option with any key, I hit enter a lot of times and the option never show up please help !!

I also can not use the command CTRL+SHIFT+S+D to go back from HDMI to desktop mode.

Using the hp support assistant I installed the update regarding to the byos and it did not work.

I recommend you update the graphics driver and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.
