Error when trying to calibrate z27x display with HP DreamColor Calibration Solution

HP Dreamcolor z27x Studio Disp

Hi,

I have a HP Dreamcolor z27x Studio Display that I wish to calibrate with my HP DreamColor Calibration Solution. The calibration is done inside the display with no need using a operating system. I have done at least 5 claibrations before with no issues but now all of a sudden the clibration will not work. Everytime it stops and an error message shows up:

"An error has occurred while measuring the display. Please check that the device is connected correctly and try again."

Everything is connected the right way. I don't understand why this is happening. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Been searching the web and it seem like I'm not the only one:

Not to insult you, but did you remove the ambient light cap?
