Product: HP Pavillion p6-2420ezm

Hi everyone,

 

I've acquired a desktop (see above in the product section). After a windows 22h2 complete update, the audio driver IDT High difinition audio codec is unable to detect surround buit-in soundcard outputs and rather shows only L/R outputs instead of its physical conectors wich allows d/a surround 5.1 signal output. Can someone help me ?

Hi, Marc:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, if you have not done so already would be to install this W10 IDT audio driver.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.

 

Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)
