Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 2 Xeon Processor boards that both state the Memory Fan is not detected at POST.  I have checked and both fans are running.  I have updated the BIOS on both of of my workstations and still receive the POST message  Please help

Did everything work before the BIOS update?

Did you recently change something on both motherboards?  Unplug/re-plug some cables?

How many possible connectors exist on the motherboard where the power-leads from the fan can be connected?

You may have connected the fan to the "wrong" connector.

The fan gets power, as you have observed, but to the "wrong" connection-point.
