Pavilion 23

I keep getting the message  Bad system config info .  I have tried everything to fix it, went on YouTube looking at videos tried system restore tried the coding box, tried everything and it still won’t work what do I do ?

I suggest you perform a Reset. Please follow the instructions in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289

 

If the issue persists, run a System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Shut down the Computer completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests
