Battery check:Primary-replace(40)

When i troubleshoot my battery i got the error like

 

Battery check:primary Replace(40)

Failure Id:Q7MXJK-7RN8PB-XD7WMA-COAXO3

 

Please help me on this issue...!!!

I understand that you have an HP laptop and are facing battery issues. You have run a test on the battery and it failed with a failure ID. Thanks for sharing the failure ID with us. Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that.

 

A failure ID confirms a hardware defect with the battery. The course of action is to replace the battery on the motherboard. You may contact our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options for the laptop.
