Blue Screen on Boot asking to select Keyboard Layout

HP Recommended

This is happening to me as we speak!! I’m trying the steps provided above to see what I can do. I remember over the weekend I did some updates after Avast told me I had some drivers that were out of date. I guess if this doesn’t work I’ll have to figure out how to reinstall Windows 😕

I only get 2 options when I boot to the blue screen, troubleshoot or turn off. When I go to troubleshoot I dont get the recovery option. I went ahead and downloaded windows on usb to try to get it to install but Im getting "error code 0x8007025d" during "Installing Windows" I tried changing the boot-up options to the usb like it was suggested online but still the same error.
