Blue screen with keyboard language option that allows no response

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I suddenly had my pc shut down, reboot into "preparing automatic repair" then blue screen with language options for keyboard but cannot choose option, screen does not respond in any way.

Anyone that can provide any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
