Bootmgr missing?

Pavilion Slimline s5216f-b
Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. When I turn my desktop on it says "bootmgr missing" and I try to restart it and press f11 but it doesn't work. I have no idea how to fix this can anyone help?

Bootmgr missing?

The Windows "Boot Manager" files are either missing or corrupted, or your disk-drive is having problems.

The Boot Manager allows "advanced" users to install more than one Operating System on their computer, and then to choose, at "boot" time, which Operating System to load.

Turn your computer off.

Turn your computer on, and immediately tap the ESC key, to show a "startup" menu.

One of the options should be to run the HP Hardware Diagnostics.

Run the tests -- especially the tests of your disk-drive.

If the disk-drive tests as 'OK', then there are "system repair" options available to you.
