I have tried everything to open the BIOS screen, it was a windows 7 64 pro that was upgraded to windows 10 64.
Please note the system is using LEGACY BIOS, so there is no UEFI screen in recorey tools
Used F10, ESC, F1, F2, F6, F9, F12 nothing works
The HP logo briefly flashes, nano seconds here, no boot options are listed, just the hp logo on blue background and loads windows.
I have turned off windows Fast Boot option

The "old-school" remedy: disconnect the "data" and/or "power" cables from your disk-drive.
Reboot, and the lack of a "bootable" operating system should allow you to enter BIOS SETUP.
Or, while Windows 10 is running, use "advanced restart".
It is meant to let you immediately reboot from a CD/DVD or from a USB memory-stick, instead of the disk-drive, but you can enter BIOS SETUP mode.
