Computer repeats start up process but will not boot

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Desktop will not boot up.  It simply repeats the start up process.  I have unplugged the power and help down the startup button, reconnected the power without success.  The HP screen that does appear is an older screen that gives me only four options including system revocery and diagnostic tools.  I cannot get to safe mode or even enter msconfig without error messages.

Hi

 

A diagnostic test is needed.  Your HDD may be corrupted and/or failed completely.

 

So either a re-install and/or a replacement is likely.

 

Can you post back the Diagnostic results please (ESC + F2)?
