Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed update 2020-03 of windows 10 version 1909 . After installation my PC doesn't boot.Please help.

Please provide the details of what happens when you try to boot the PC.

 

Telling us it does not boot is not enough information.

Actually I was installing update on PC . Suddenly the monitor becomes disconnected from the PC,and white light starts blinking at the power button at 5 second interval .But PC doesn't start.Please help.

The light blinking is NOT good news. Was hoping this was a simple boot issue, but with that information, this sounds more serious.

 

These are usually Windows Update corruption problems but this does not sound like one

 

You'll probably have to do a complete reinstall to get it working again.

 

You can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions.One thing I must inform you that my PC suddenly turns on today behaves normally but in an hour screen turned black, connection goes off  and led light start blinking again at 5 minutes space.Please help.
