Please provide more detail on what is happening. It is not possible to find the cause without more information.
The product number of your PC would be good to know so forum folks can look at your PC's specifications.

Thanks for the product number.
Your PC is an h8-1214 Desktop.
Your PC was introduced to the market by HP in 2012.
I suggest you take your PC to a local technician for a diagnosis. It is very hard to find the cause using an online forum with so little information being provided.
Are you getting any video and any error messages if you have video?
Have you removed the side panel to see if any fans are spinning or any motherboard LEDS are active when you depress the power button?
Wat color is the power supply LED? The PS LED is located at the rear of the chassis.
The failure of one component or a combination many different components can cause this error condition. There are too many variables.
Was your PC acting strange or giving any problems before it finally failed to turn on? Did you do anything in the chassis or install any software or drivers before the PC died?
A completely dead system usually points to the power supply or a problem with the motherboard or a component attached to the motherboard.

My computer hp all in one model 21-2029 serial 3CR4500KB2 just stopped and doesn't want to turn on. I tried to remove the cables and press the start button for 15 seconds and placed the power cable again to no avail.
Can you please help me?
