Hi men!

I have a problem, bios on my PC not download, when i am use F2 or del, i do not know, tap the both)))

Download, only HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, version 1.24.0.0.

How i can download BIOS, help me please men)

What problem are you having that you think that changing the BIOS will solve the problem?

If your computer is working well with the current BIOS, then do not try to change it.

I want it to turn on after the electricity is supplied, as it is present, its frequent shutdown! And sorry i also find decision.

Enter BIOS SETUP. Under "power" settings, see if there is an option to "power-on when power is restored".
