Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a050qd CTO (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On boot, cannot get past Black Screen.  Have tried Automatic Repair, says can't repair.  Have tried Reset PC, says "problem resetting this PC".  Tried to uninstall the last update of Windows, it wouldn't complete the uninstall.  Ran the F2 HP PC Hardware Diagnostics --> System Tests --> Fast Test and it returned:

FAILURE ID:  U0C01X-8K8C4B-GXPT7F-60XV03

PRODUCT ID: V9A96AA#ABA

Hard Drive 1

 

System Fast Test:  FAILED

HP Recommended

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
