General Problems - Touch screen, blank screen, no boot issues

HP Touchsmart 9300 Elite All in One
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Our organization owns probably 30-40 HP Touchsmart 9300 Elite All in One PC's.  We have had nothing, but problems with these since we bought them. 6-7 of them have died with no explanation, would not boot or the computer would turn on, but wouldn't show anything on the screen.  We have gone through all recomended troubleshooting steps by HP and any forum we could find, but still can't get these things working.  Even after a motherboard replacement some of the PC's would still not function correctly.

Now the latest problem is a few of the terminals are beginning to show backlight bleeding (suspected from being on 24/7 for 4-5 years).  And sometimes the touch on these ones will stop working or become intermintent.  A reboot will usually fix the problem, but will immediately come back within a half hour.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Should we just start replacing these PC's?  Or is there something we are missing?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
