Hello, I have a problem with my HP Omen 30L GT13 PC. My PC randomly restarts on its own when I shut it down, and also shuts down randomly when it restarts. Where could the problem be? Is it a software or hardware issue? Power supply? All mu drivers has been updated. I use Windows 11 with the latest update version. The bios has been updated with the latest version.
Can you help me to solve the problem.

Hi,
Thank you very much. I solved the problem. My Power supply HP OMEN ( CoolerMaster) was deficient after 3 years of use Gaming FS2020. I changed a new one ( Be quiet 850W) and it works now.

Keep seeing more and more posts about this model desktop having a problem with Sleep.
One solution is to go into Control Panel, Power options and change the Power Button option to Shut Down the PC.
That way, it will not go to sleep anymore, so it should not wake up on its own, either.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

How did you determine that it was a power supply issue vs something else?
I'm having a hard time narrowing down what my own issue is but nothing is showing up under any diagnostic I run. I've swapped out pretty much every component, but I've not done the PSU.
