Product: HP Pavilion 23-q105na

When I turn the computer on nothing  comes on the screen, the white light (which indicates that the screen is powered) is on but I can't see anything else, the screen is black. I can hear the sound that the computer makes when it's on.

Please advise me what to do to fix this problem.

HP Recommended

I removed the screen and mouse USB and now I can see HP logo but nothing is happening
