Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer went dead perhaps during a Windows 10 update.  I am guessing that this computer is old enough that I should not try to do any repairs on it, and I'm thinking of replacing it with a Chromebook of some type. I also have a HP Deskjet printer f4180 and I'm wondering if that might work with a Chromebook? I have a Chromebook now but it's about 5 years old and too small for my needs.
