Hard Disk error message when I turn on the computer. When I run the test noting changes

HP Recommended
Pavillion 23 g209
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Blue screen error Hard Disk Error. I run the system check by pushing f2. The message comes up that smart check and long dst not available. When I run it again I get a Boot error. When I exit the system check I get an Error:no boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed. Please someone help!

Do you see any error code ? Most likely HDD is failing or failed already.  Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
